At A1 Jump & Bounce, our event staff play a vital role in keeping your inflatable running safely and smoothly throughout your hire. While having a staff member on site is not mandatory, every inflatable must always be supervised by a responsible, accountable adult for the entire duration of use. This ensures all health and safety standards are met and that the equipment is used correctly at all times. If you choose not to hire a staff member, the responsibility for supervision passes to you or your designated adult supervisor. This person must remain present at all times, follow the safety guidelines provided, and ensure the inflatable is used appropriately. Proper supervision is essential to prevent accidents, overcrowding, rough play, or misuse of the equipment.
Our trained staff members are available to attend your event when needed, providing professional supervision to prevent misuse, manage queues, and maintain a safe environment for all participants. They are fully up to date with current safety regulations, including inflatable operation standards, safe user flow, anchoring requirements, and weather‑related guidance. Their role is to keep an eye on the castle, ensure rules are followed, and step in quickly if unsafe behaviour occurs.
Every member of our team is covered by £5 million public liability insurance, giving you complete peace of mind when they are supervising your inflatable. They are reliable, friendly, and experienced in managing busy events, children’s parties, school fun days, and community gatherings. Our staff understand how to balance safety with fun, ensuring children enjoy the inflatable while staying within safe limits.
