DELIGHTED WITH THE INFLATABLES AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM A1 JUMP AND BOUNCE AT OUR WORK PARTY A1 Jump and Bounce supplied the inflatables for our work Children's party again this year and we were again delighted with their service. The inflatables were inflated and deflated promptly and were a brilliant size and quality. The children had the best time on them and the inflatables supplied catered for all ages (we had babies up to 12 year olds at the party). It was easy to book, the website is easy to navigate and everything requested was supplied promptly. Very happy with A1 Jump and Bounce and will definitely use them again.

TOWN COUNCIL DELIGHTED WITH SERVICE. We have used A1 Jump & Bounce on several occasions at various indoor & outdoor events. Communication has always been excellent with booking very straight forward. Gareth & his team are always on hand to offer advice, are very professional with a great can do attitude, nothing is too much trouble. The inflatables and rides are always clean, in excellent condition and reasonably priced! We have no hesitation recommending them and will be using again in the future. Great fun for our group of kids with a big age range. A safe and easy way to enjoy archery which was a big hit!

BRILLIANT ITEMS FROM A1 JUMP AND BOUNCE MADE OUR CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY A SUCCESS A1 Jump and Bounce supplied a Santa's Grotto, Toddler Play Area and Bouncy Castle for our work Children's Christmas party. The company arrived promptly to put up and dismantle the items and the items were absolutely brilliant (they really made the party; the kids absolutely loved them). I will 100% use A1 Jump and Bounce for all subsequent parties, we were really really happy with them. Very good value for money and very efficient on the day. A GREAT PARTY EXPERIENCE We hired A1 jump for our swimming Christmas party. We had the obstacle course, Alien shootout and football shoot out which was excellent. Rodeo sheep at a wedding! Top class service!
Absolutely fantastic service! We hired a rodeo sheep and adult bouncy castle, the guys arrived and set up on time and went above and beyond to keep our guests happy and entertained. The rain started and yet your lads were unfazed. They remained professional at all times and continued to ensure that we could still use the equipment regardless! The sheep was a massive hit! A1 Jump and Bounce are superb, easy to book, and excellent service throughout. We hired a 6 seater hot tub for the Easter weekend, they turned up when they said they would, installation was easy and Gareth explained everything we needed to know. I had a couple of queries over the weekend and Gareth responded very quickly. They also dismantled and picked up the hot tub when they said they would.
I have no problem in recommending A1 Jump and Bounce and I will certainly be using them in the future.

Fantastic service and a really friendly group of guys. What an amazing selection of inflatables too! Have used this company before and was impressed with them, the attention to detail and the actual bouncy castle. So used them again for a Nerf gun party and was blown away. The customer service is 100%. Gareth was amazing with the kids, keeping them entertained and safe. I hadn't realised would be so structured. We hired the Jungle Theme play zone for my daughters 1st Birthday party and it was brilliant. We had children from ages 1-7 attending and it catered for them all. Gareth was brilliant and kept in contact from the time of booking to the day of the party. Highly recommend Gareth and his team. Communication is spot on, they are reliable and provide a superb service. We hired the Didi car track with the cars and motorbikes, the kids rallied around for hours and had so much fun. Services arrived on time, collected on time. Staff are polite and plesant. I have used their services before and had the exact same service, I would 100% recommend A1 Jump and Bounce! Everything is clean and tidy and always nice and safe, something I’m always wary of and I never need to worry with these guys.

My granddaughter had the unicorn bouncy castle with slide. it was fab ! The girls and boys loved it! The highlight of the party. Minnie Mouse also came to visit😉. The service was brilliant, Gareth was there to set up at the exact time he stated and the castle was set to play on in no time. Also dismantling was done quickly too! I would really recommend this company for fab service and making a little girl so happy with her own bouncy castle!

27oct2018 the coldest weekend for 10yrs. I would like thank A1jump and bounce for their help on delivering and assembling their bouncy castle in our barn, taking time to help us keep the bitter north wind out with the back of the bouncy castle. Although really cold the castle kept the children and teenage era warm and occupied at my sons wedding. They arrived Sunday dismantling and taking it away very efficiently. They have been friendly and helpful from the time l ordered. It until it was removed. Only difficulty was for me an OAP trying to find my way to writing this review! Thank you Gareth.

Booked this company for our schools summer fete. From the very beginning Gareth was very professional and helpful with my millions of questions I had. Booking and paying the deposit was so easy! The day before the event Gareth rang to confirm everything and told me there be another guy delivering it. One the day they arrived on time set everything up and informed me what to do etc. Then they came collected it with no problems. I hired the disco dome for my daughters birthday. Excellent customer service, I'd been given the wrong measurements for the place I was hiring. They had bought a spare standard castle with them just in-case but did everything they could to make the dome fit, and they did it! So so grateful for that as they could of quite easily put the other one up instead. All the kids loved it, and was a wonderful surprise for my daughter � 110% would recommend and such a good price for hire. You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys!

The guys at A1 were amazing for my daughter's birthday party! The venue we hired (Blaina community centre) didn't turn up to let us in and we waited for over 45 minutes, the guys waited with us then moved the bouncy castle to my in-laws where we all had to relocate to hold the party. Without their patience and kindness the party would not have been a success and I would have had a very sad 7 year old. Thank you so much, I can't thank you enough.
